This meeting is to provide support, guidance and training on the role. We will cover how to access RAMP to upload games, what are the expectations of the role and communicate few new changes we've made to try and make this role easier.

MANDATORY Team Manager meeting October 29 @ 6pm.

Location: Gary Harris 120 College Circle, Red Deer - RM GWH208 (second floor)

A reminder to coaches, if you do not yet have a Team Manager, you must have one signed up be the end of this week, otherwise your teams will not be allowed to play your first games.

A few items to have prepared before hand:

• Please make sure you have your Admin logins (coaches please share this with your team manager).  If you do not have these logins, please reach out to your division coordinator
• Please make sure you have registered in RAMP as Staff, and choose the Team Manager role. The Ramp registration login can be found HERE

NOTE- if you are just registering now as a Team Manager, please send an email HERE with your full name, Division and Team Number you will manage so we can ensure you are connected to your team.

• Please make sure you have the RAMP app downloaded to your phone - RAMP APP install instructions can be found HERE
• Please make sure you have reviewed the Team Manager - Roles & Responsibilities guidebook on the RAMP app. It can be found HERE

COACHES- If you do not yet have a Team Manager signed up, and they sign up after today, you must share this email with them.
